General termes of sales


-The total amount of the reservation is debited the day of arrival on the credit card provided.

-You will instantly receive an email confirmation of booking confirmation once it has been done.

-The name of the credit card holder and the name of the reservation must be identical.

-The credit card provided must be valid. Otherwise, new contact information will be requested. It will be your responsibility to provide them within 24 hours or your booking will be canceled.

-The total amount of the stay will be pre-authorized 14 days before arrival (when closing the free cancellation window) to guarantee the reservation.

-A pre authorization of 200 € is made on the credit card 14 days before arrival as a deposit. It will be returned automatically on the day of departure subject to a damage inspection.



-Your rental will be available from 15h (16h if booking made off the official website) the day of your arrival.

-Information about access will be communicated on the confirmation email 123home.fr after booking.

-The identity card or the passport of the renter may be required the day or before your arrival to access the accommodation.



-We thank you in advance for taking care of our rentals. We make every effort to provide pleasant apartments and equipment in good condition to our customers, and wish to recover them unscathed.

-All apartments are strictly non smoking. We invite you to go outside to smoke. If the apartment is rendered with a smell of tobacco, 100 € fee will be charged.

-For reasons of hygiene, the animals are not allowed in rentals 123HOME.FR.

-Be careful with the keys provided. We recommend that you do not leave them on the lock of the front door inside.

-In case of forgetting, if you close the door of the apartment behind you when leaving, it will be impossible for us to open the door with the double, and the intervention of a locksmith will be essential (650 Euros to the load client).

– Please do not clutter the common areas of residences (hallway, etc. ..) with trash or other.



-If the apartment is rendered in a state of abnormal dirt, an additional charge of 80 Euros will be charged.

-123HOME.FR reserves the right to debit the amount of any damage occurred during the stay.

-You can make your departure until 12h30 (11h if booking done off official website).

-In case of exceeding, a surcharge may be levied.

-The keys must be returned to the secure locker (as you arrived) upon your departure. The renter is fully responsible for the keys until they are recovered by a member of the 123HOME.FR team. It is the duty of the renter to make sure to close the secure locker, and not to let the codes done in order to secure the whole.

-In case of loss or non-return, the VIGIK key is charged 75 €, the parking access remote control 70 Euros, the VIGIK badge only 60 Euros and administrative costs related to their reproduction 50 €.

-The kitchen area provided must be cleaned and returned as found on arrival by the user (clean appliances / dishwashing made, dried, row / worktop cleaned).

-The furniture should not spoil more than for normal use. The deposit can be debited in case of damage suffered.



-No fee will be charged upon booking.

-If you wish to pay cash on site, please contact our services as soon as possible.

-You can cancel for free up to 14 days before the arrival date 16h. After this time, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation.

-The amount of your reservation is debited the day of arrival.
