We want to make a reservation, will we be charged immediately? 

Nothing is charged on your credit card when you book. 

How to proceed for the payment?

Per default, the credit card provided is charged the day of arrival. 

If you want to pay differently (bank transfert, cash, etc.), please inform our services per mail, or mention it on the “special requests” section when you make your reservation.

Is it possible to cancel the reservation free of charge?

Absolutely. Cancellation is completely free until 14 days before arrival.

We want to pay in cash directly on site, is it possible?

Yes. Just mention it in the “special request” section when you make your reservation. We will not charge your card and you can pay on the site.

Do we have to pay for cleaning fee?

No. With 123HOME.FR all is included on the price.

Did a deposit is needed?

Yes. The credit card provided for the booking is pre-authorized day of arrival to cover any damages incurred during the stay. This pre-authorization is automatically relaxed the day of departure, if no damage is deplored.

How to reach our flat day of arrival?

All our rentals have an 24h/24 access. All the access informations will be provided on the confirmation email sent after booking.

You will be able to check-in from 3PM (4PM if your booking is made out off our official website) and until the hour of your choice.

 Did a parking spot is provided?

It’s depend of witch location you choice. Most of them are equipped of a secure one (provided for free), located on the basement. We invite you to check the description of the flat needed before to book.

How to reach our flat from the Disneyland train station?

That is depend of witch flat you book. For some of them you can just walk (15min).For other, you will need to take public transportation (if you don’t have car). You will find a bus or train station at the foot of all rentals.

At what time the check-out is?

The check-out is at 12h30PM if your booking is made on our official website. 11PM without.

Did the sheets, towels and linen are included?

Yes. All is included for free.

Did the pets are allowed?

No. Our friends the animals are not allowed on the locations for hygiene reasons.

Can we smoke on the location?

No. All our apartments are non-smoker.

Did an equipped kitchen is provide on the flat?

Yes. Without the “Il Sogno” apartment, all the flats have an equipped kitchen to prepare your meal.

Our location is close to Disneyland?

Yes of curse. All our location are very close from the Disneyland parks and the valley shopping. 

Our apartments are located between 1,5km to 5 km maximum from the attractions parks.

How to reach the biggest mall of Europe and the valley village from my flat?

It’s depend of witch location you rent. Some apartments are located at 50 meters only! 

Please look at the map located on the flat description to look where this one is located. 

Don’t worry if you don’t have car. The public bus or train are available from all our rental!

Do we have an easy access to the public transportation?

Yes you will. All our rental are located at the foot of the public transportation, to make your stay easy.

Where are located all the amenities ?

At the foot of all our locations. Baker, supermarket, ATM, bar, etc. could be reach very easily!
