Here the next stepes:

1) Provide your ID at the bottom of this page...

We need to register you in our system to give you access to accommodation. 

2) We send you two payments requests by email (except Airbnb)......

-The first request is sent 10 days before your arrival to pay for the stay. IMPORTANT: We thank you to make the payment within 48 hours, so that we can keep your reservation active.

-The second request will be sent the day before arrival, to drop the safety deposit online. It’s not debited, only a pre authorization relaxed day of departure if the stay goes normally.

3) We program your self-check-in instructions...

The day of your arrival at 4PM, you will automatically receive an email, containing all the necessary information to access your accommodation independently (arrowed photos + codes + explanations).

You will only have to follow the instructions step by step to enter in your accommodation.

*Houses rules*

-All our rentals are 100% non-smoking (smoking at the window also). We debit 100€ on the safety deposit in case of smell of tobacco.

-Each degraded element is debited from the deposit, along with maintenance costs.

-Keys, parking remote controls and badges must be returned before departure. Costs are charged in the opposite case for their reproduction and procedures.

Need to be picked up at the airport?

We want to welcome you in the best conditions. Therefore, we need time to prepare your rental. We cannot guarantee access before 4 p.m.

You arrive early and want to enjoy your day hands-free? We advise you to go to the Chessy/Disneyland train station. A luggage room called “Disneyland express” is located on the 1st floor, and will allow you to drop your luggages on a storage for a reasonable price.

At the foot of the train station, are the entrances to the Disney parks, as well as the train to get to Paris. Practical, no?

Our team can be reached 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Beyond these hours, we can be reached at all times by email on : contact@123home.fr
